Be prepared to take on life with a warm water bath, everyday

Imagine the kind of frustration you can put your friends, family and colleagues through whenever you foul smell in a close encounter with them. Without realising it, you end up killing the joy of meeting them owing to that disgusting smell emerging from you. Your friends or distant family relatives may not be able to muster up the courage to tell you about the problem at first but this may lead them into avoiding every opportunity of coming in close quarters with you. One-on-one meetings could also turn disastrous, while creating a difficult situation that you may very well have prevented by taking a warm water bath.

I don’t think it’s a top secret to anyone, anymore that bathing daily reduces the amount of bacteria causing foul smell in perspiration; however some people seldom follow this rule and keep testing the endurance limits of other people meeting them. More so, it can give you several Dermatological (skin) and Gastrological (stomach) related problems. Each one of us must have come across some of those incorrigible bathing-evaders who would never bath regularly, not even after they were being constantly pestered to do so by those with no other choice but to spend time in their vicinity.

Some of these people however are poor time planners who would either wake up late in the morning or would blame the responsibility of their inability to take bath on one or the other kind of deadline that they were chasing as a student or professionals. What these people fail to understand is that no excuse is big enough to ditch a warm water bath out of your daily routine. The warm water bath is a sure-shot remedy to prevent the resulting humiliation of being told to do something about the unpleasant smell coming from you.

In the professional space too, you may end up as someone who becomes the star of a smelly joke cracked by your colleagues behind your back. It would thus be better for such people to not take the criticism to their heart and instead take a resolution to take a warm water bath everyday and reclaim your life back.

People who take due care of themselves in terms of personal hygiene and grooming always end up leaving a positive impression on whosoever they meet. For those of us who are in active social life and meet a lot of new people every day on the job, a warm water bath is a must. It revitalizes body, mind and soul and leaves you feeling confident to take on any challenge in every realm of life. So the next time, the thought of skipping a warm water bath crosses your mind any day, just remember the resolution (to take warm water bath, everyday) that you took today.
