Politicians trouble may increase in Ishrat Jahan encounter case

With the next phase of investigation into the whole conspiracy behind the incident, the CBI is planning to file a supplementary charge sheet by the month-end in which focus on the roles allegedly played by Amit Shah who was the junior home minister then and CM Narendra Modi’s confidant, and IB special director Rajinder Kumar.

It is on the demand made by Ishrat’s family after the filing of first charge sheet that the role of those “who ordered the killings of the four persons must be unearthed along with those who executed it”.
