The Law enforcement is conducting investigating after a Nevada man was caught driving a stolen pickup truck that contained a reserve of dangerous weapons.
This man was arrested on Wednesday night near the University of Washington in Seattle and possessed many dangerous weapons such as Molotov cocktails, a stolen scoped rifle, a stolen shotgun, explosive devices and a body armor.
“The suspect is in custody,” said the University of Washington Deputy Police Chief Randy West on Thursday evening. “An investigation is underway.”
Police has been cautious in not disclosing the 21-year-old suspect’s name.
“We have no idea what his intentions are,” said University of Washington Police Chief John Vinson during the Thursday afternoon news conference. “This is a very active investigation. We’re trying to rule out everything at this point.”
At this point, University of Washington police, the Seattle Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are working jointly on the case.
