Ricin case: Mississippi man charged with use of biological weapon

The 41-year-old former martial arts instructor James Everett Dutschke, was arrested on Saturday sending ricin-laced letters to President Obama and Sen. Roger Wicker. Dutschke is charged under the section pertaining to use of biological weapon.

Dutschke belongs to Mississippi and has denied any involvement in the incident earlier this week. While defending himself Dutschke said “I respect President Obama and love my country”). If convicted in the charges, he can be sentenced to life imprisonment.
