Trailer for ‘The English Teacher’ releases, Julianne Moore makes out with former student (VIDEO)


Julianne Moore is ready to romance with her much younger co-star Michael Angarano after romancing Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the Sundance/Berlinale hit “Don Jon” (formerly titled “Don Jon’s Addiction”). Moore can be seen for now playing the role in the trailer for the upcoming comedy movie “The English Teacher.”

“The English Teacher” is the Cinedigm/Tribeca Film release. Moore plays the part of a 40-year-old unmarried high school English teacher who promotes the play written by a former student (Angarano). Later in the movie she finds out that she herself has fallen for him. Greg Kinnear co-stars as the former student’s overbearing father, whereas Nathan Lane plays the role of a crazy colleague to Moore’s teacher.

The film will be released on VOD on April 16th before its actual premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 26th. The movie releases in select theatres on May 17th. To watch the trailer see below-
