Australian PM Julia Gillard announces anti-gang taskforce-global-annal


Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard announced plans to establish national anti-gang taskforce to control gang related gun crime and drug dealing. Prime Minister Gillard announced the plan during her five day trip to key electorates in western Sydney.

PM Gillard however denied the idea that she is taking such action to win back some voters belonging to west as recently west saw quite a few many shootings as well as going against Labor Party in the elections.
