The C7 Corvette Stingray commercial is however based on the underlying idea of moving forward after the car was first introduced in the auto world about 60 years ago. The V8 engine of the old Corvette has been improved and the chassis has been fitted with lighter yet sturdier Aluminum metal. The body panels are however made from carbon fiber that is known to cut away unnecessary weight from the car.
