Carolyn Hommel had joined OWN network in 2010 as senior director in scheduling and acquisitions department. She also alleges her direct boss Michael Garner of creating a dubious performance review saying that he “made Hommel’s job duties and responsibilities appear less ‘senior’ and therefore not a candidate for the new vice president position.”
