A street gang is known to have issued threats against Ross recently and is assumed to be behind this attack. Rick Ross however has maintained that he is not threatened by such attacks.

Another problem faced by the rapper is of the lawsuit that has been filed against the rapper for using the stage name “Rick Ross” and life story of this drug lord known by the same name while they both were serving a prison sentence, a decade ago.
