7.3 magnitude hits near Miyagi Prefecture in Japan


–          Japanese Government issues Tsunami warning after a 7.3 magnitude earthquake hits Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.

–          There’s been no increase in radiation levels according to Electricity companies in the Fukushima Nuclear Plant that received multiple meltdowns last year.

–          Last year (2011) also earthquake has hit Miyagi Prefecture which was followed by a tsunami.

–          US Geological Survey has issued a revised figure of 7.3 for earthquake magnitude after quoting 7.4 initially.
