Colin Kaepernick’s touchdowns and defense of 49ers help them win over New Orleans Saints

-Colin Kaepernick came in as a substitute for Alex Smith second time, who was cleared medically for concussion on Nov 11 and proved the decision of head coach Jim Harbaugh right. The defense of Ahmad Brooks and Donte Whitner has provided great support for the team and the 49ers seized the game with 7-2-1 while they managed to return interceptions for touchdowns in second and third quarter. These touchdowns occurred around the time in the game when Kaepernick threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Frank Gore for a 21-14 lead.

-Apart from the touchdown interceptions, Colin Kaepernick was behind two touchdown drives and managed to drive 49ers towards a 31-21 win over their hosts New Orleans Saints.

  1. Kap is def playing well, but as a die hard 49ers fan my heart is broken a bit for Alex Smith. Would love to see him back in action during the playoffs this year.
