Experts from different fields get a chance to take Ford Classic on a road trip

“One Tank, One Classic Story.1500 Kms” is the latest event organized by Ford India. As many as 9 teams will embark on places of their choice during this trip. Experts belonging to the areas of Music, Bollywood, Fashion, Art, Photography, Cricket, Food, Technology etc. are the ones that are going to take part in this ride.

The drive is going to last till 16th August after beginning on the 10th August during which the drivers have the liberty to take as many stops in the journey as they want but complete the distance in said period.

Priyanka Sachar, a wedding photographer is among one the experts that have been chosen by Ford to be part of this one of a kind initiative. The destination chosen by Priyanka for her 1500 kms trip is Amritsar to be present at the “Change of Guard” herself. Her companion on this trip is going to be Suruchi who is better known for her filmmaking skills from NID. Both the shutter pro’s having aptly named their team “Shutterspeeders”.

One multimedia team is also accompanied with each team to get all sorts of beat from the trip and transforming them into great looking web episodes. The flag-off ritual will happen for each team from their respective locations, for the team “Shutterspeeders” it’s going to be waved at Gurgaon.

According to Priyanka, she also promised people guiding her in the trip to Amritsar to become part of the web episodes of her trip. So everyone who sees a Ford Classic en route to Amritsar looking for directions please make sure that you are either present there or passing by in front of the camera when its rolling.

Priyanka being a photographer herself is going to create a lot of worthwhile frames for the internet followers of the drive to treat themselves with. She is also going to make some stops on her trip but some of these are not going be featured in the web episodes. Some of the avid travel film watchers like me would be however disappointed at this development but we appreciate each minute of travel footage that fall our way, don’t we people.

We offer all the participating teams our heartiest wishes. In case you want to follow the whole trip on twitter, you can go by the hashtag #1tankfull and get all the related updates.
